Booking conditions

1. Reservation

After your reservation you will receive a digital confirmation with an invoice for the deposit.

2. Payment

The initial deposit is 25% of the total rent. The deposit has to be met 8 days after the receipt of the confirmation. The remaining amount should be paid 6 weeks prior the reservation date. Late payment will give us the right to consider cancelation of the reservation.

3. Arrival and departure

The arrival and departure days are on Saturday. On your arrival day, you have access to the rented accommodation from 16:00 in the afternoon. On your departure day we request you to leave the house before 10:00 in the morning. Our concierge will prior your arrival contact you to arrange a time to hand over the keys. Before your departure you can make arrangements with the concierge for the returning of the keys and final check.

4. Cancellation Policy

Subject to reservations made within 6 weeks of arrival, all other bookings within 8 days of making the reservation can be canceled free of charge.
Cancellation between 8 weeks before arrival and day of arrival itself the full price will be charged.

We recommend that you take a travel insurance. This prevents unexpected financial expenses if something unexpected happens during your vacation.

5. Travel Documents

Two weeks before arrival you will receive the voucher, an inventory and a map by email.

6. Deposit

You will be asked to pay a deposit of € 200,00. This deposit is meant for costs incurred to cover damage and / or breakage in your accommodation. After your vacation, you will be refunded the deposit on your account if cleared with the cost of missing or damaged inventory and any additional cleaning.

7. Cleaning

The mandatory final cleaning amounts € 75,00. You need to handover the key to our manager.
The house should be left behind in the following manner:

-broom clean
-everything clean off washed, dried and put back in the appropriate boxes. We ask you not to change the layout and placement of furniture and crockery.
-fridge and freezer empty
-all food and drink must be removed
-garbage cans empty and put it in the appropriate container.
-shutters closed, lights off.

8. Pets

Pets are only allowed in consultation.

9. Linens

The cost for bed linen is €15 per person.
A towel package can be rent.( €8 per person)
